Progress on The Machine: New OS (occult spell-set) crashed after only 6 hours. Need to reload entire rune inventory and reinstall from scratch. Crash caused minor portal open up between nether-dimensions and tea cupboard. Tea now infested with demons. All stocks undrinkable.

Coded small piece of malware in fit of pique. Victims experience all the effects of a bad case of flu, with no symptoms visible to others.

Replaced Hague's shampoo with Veet again. The Great Old Ones Ia! Ia! Cthulhu fhtagn! always the best.

Negotiations did not end well. Had to sleep on the sofa.

Actually, that's not strictly true. Since my dear, darling wife is such a level headed person and is absolutely not behaving ridiculously strangely, she woke up me up almost as soon as I had fallen asleep on the sofa and declared that I instead had to sleep in the chair because you had slept on the sofa the night before.

Tell her Alastair retrieved the other photos when he paid a little visit to the journalists, and that as an officially retired labourite, I would have no compunction against releasing them to the press.
