According to Nick Robinson, the problem with Labour is that we're simply too interesting; the poor boy can't take his eyes off us.

Labourites: feel suitably chastened. Unlike our conservative counterparts, we just haven't got the hang of 'dull'.

We are not dull. I think you'll find we are a party of innovation and bright new thinking. On the other hand, perhaps dull is a complement coming from certain people, as I hardly think we would want anything to do with the kind of interesting that made the Labour Party so neurotic.

So are we dull? No, we are wholesome.
