therealpmThe coalition government's "enterprise zones" seem to be as nebulous and ineffective a concept as their "big society". It is disappointing that the Tories should run back to one of the great failures of the Thatcher years, but with an economic policy so lacking in strategy, it is possible that they see no option for the future but to repeat the mistakes of the past. Perhaps a "natural pause" to "reflect" and "reconsider" is in order?
