A most amusing New Year's party last night, somewhat marred by certain disagreements and Cameron's escape refusal to visit The Machine.

Status of The Machine: saved the world from Toryism again, but had to erase everyone's memory, so no credit for it as usual. Hopefully will be able to feed in Cameron new data soon for a procssing test run. Set the throb of John's hangover to the tune of 'Build me up Buttercup'. Seems to make him somewhat nauseous. Interesting.

I'm saving the world's whiskey supplies. With you around, they're practically an endangered species.

Besides, the higher the alcohol to body volume ratio, the easier hangovers are to manipulate. Take it as a compliment- when it comes to alcohol consumption you punch far above your weight.

Once The Machine works reliably at long range and with the requisite precision, I'll be able to run tests on less pickled members of parliament.
